Why I hate calling out sick when the kids are sick

My sick baby crashed out on towels - just in case.

Every time one of my boys gets sick, I get this gut-wrenching feeling that I can trace back to two specific reasons. One: I hate seeing my babies sick. Two: I feel deeply guilty about calling out sick from work.
